The Ministry of agriculture, forestry and Fisheries of Japan issued a new version of the basic guidelines for agricultural technology, which aims to provide reference for relevant institutions, including dudaofu County, in planning and implementing measures related to agricultural technology, solve important problems in agricultural policies, and provide new technologies that are expected to contribute to agricultural development. It includes four parts:
1. Basic principles to be considered in solving important issues of agricultural policy.
include:
(1) Improve the rate of grain self-sufficiency;
(2) Strengthening Japan's agricultural structure and promoting the development of industrialization;
(3) Promoting resource and environmental governance;
(4) Improve food safety.
2. Technical response direction by agricultural type. Including paddy farming, dry farming, horticulture, animal husbandry, improving animal welfare and feed crops.
3. Other technical issues requiring special attention.
include:
(1) the response measures and business continuity of New Coronavirus infected persons;
(2) List of measures to deal with natural disasters and agricultural BCP (business continuity plan);
(3) Ensure the safety of agricultural operations;
(4) Basic technical precautions for dealing with major crop disasters;
(5) Set up a comprehensive portal of agricultural technology and a series of "visualization" websites of agriculture, forestry and aquatic products.
4. Response measures for radioactive substances released from the accident of Tokyo Electric Power Company's Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power plant.

(1) Supply measures for safe agricultural and livestock products;
(2) Ensure the safety of agricultural operations.
