The "Peat Substrate" standard demonstration meeting organized by the National Fertilizer and Soil Conditioner Standardization Technical Committee Humic Acid Fertilizer Sub-Technical Committee (SAC/TC105/SC7) was held in Shenyang on November 18. "Peat Matrix" comes from the fourth batch of industry standard revision plan of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology in 2018, project plan number: 2018-1870T-HG. This standard was proposed by the China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation, under the jurisdiction of the National Fertilizer and Conditioner Standardization Technical Committee Humic Acid Fertilizer Sub-Technical Committee (SAC/TC105/SC7), Northeast Normal University Peat Swamp Research Institute and Xiamen Jiangping Biotechnology Co., Ltd. The company takes the lead in drafting. This standard is a recommended industry standard.

After receiving the task of preparing the chemical industry standards, the Peat Industry Branch of the China Humic Acid Industry Association and the Chinese Committee of the International Peat Society were held in Daguan Agricultural Science and Technology, Guangzhou on January 20-21, 2019. This demonstration meeting is actively promoted on the basis of the above-mentioned working groups and draft standards.

In view of the development reality of China's substrate industry, the compilation working group carefully analyzed and compared the existing domestic and foreign substrate technical indicators and detection methods, learned from others, weighed the pros and cons, and proposed new product indicators and corresponding products from the perspectives of science, economy and practicability. The detection method. The draft standard has made bold innovations in the following three aspects:

The draft standard eliminates some chemical indicators that have broad indications but can be replaced by other indicators, and strengthens the specific physical indicators of the matrix, especially water vapor pore indicators and water holding strength indicators , Structural stability indicators and plant impact indicators, etc., reducing the total number of substrate indicators from 21 to 10 in the past, which not only increases the scientific nature of the standard, but also reduces the cost of enterprise testing. 2, the draft standard cited a large number of EU's mature and reliable matrix detection methods, which increased the scientificity, accuracy and authority of the detection technology, which can quickly improve the level of my country's matrix detection technology. It is also easy to integrate with international matrix detection technology and promote product exchange and cooperation at home and abroad. In addition to the grass seed content indicators, the draft standard also adds plant impact indicators to test the biosafety of the standard, provide necessary protection for substrate companies and substrate products, and prevent substrate companies from being excessively claimed.

3, the draft standard stipulates the legal measurement method and volume measurement method for the first time in my country, providing a unified, authoritative, reliable measurement technology acceptable to both buyers and sellers for matrix measurement in my country. It has laid a solid foundation for avoiding and resolving commercial disputes in the market exchange process of products and raw materials such as substrate, peat, coconut bran, wood fiber, and compost. Biaozhu The index design of this standard can standardize the quality of commodity substrates from the source, and lay a reliable foundation for the standardization, large-scale and commercial development of the substrate industry. The standard is based on the modern matrix preparation theory and process technology of particle sorting and quantitative assembly, which is beneficial to lead the technological progress of the matrix industry, and drives the domestic matrix to transform from a matched matrix to a standardized matrix, a customized matrix, and even a smart matrix. The healthy development of the substrate industry has laid a solid foundation.
