production process
The production process of the new type of anti-reflective glass is as follows: first prepare SiO2 coating liquid, soak the common glass in the liquid, and then bake it at a high temperature of 500℃, and SiO2 will form a porous anti-reflection film on the glass surface. Tests show that the new anti-reflective glass can transmit 99.5% visible light and 99% sunlight. The product is expected to have broad application prospects in building materials, solar energy utilization and optical instrument manufacturing.
